Next stepFor each product, send the label, ingredients and FSSAI or relevant licence details. Lab Verified also needs usable lab reports for each batch. PDF only, up to 2 MB per file. Do not send PAN, bank details or unrelated personal information.
We check completeness before work starts, and the 14 working days start once we have your payment and complete documents. Missing documents or lab reports are not grounds for a refund after the 24-hour window.

Cancellation & refunds
To cancel, email team@nakedcompound.in within 24 hours of captured payment with your request reference and payment proof, such as your Razorpay receipt or payment ID. You get a full refund of what you have paid. After 24 hours there is no cancellation and no refund, unless we decline your request or cannot provide the service. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7 working days of the request; bank credit may take additional time. Never send card, bank or PAN details. Read the refund terms →
For new purchases, cancel within 24 hours of captured payment for a full refund. After 24 hours, change-of-mind cancellations are non-refundable. Substantive work starts after the window. The stated declined-request, missing-report and service-failure exceptions and mandatory rights remain. Eligible refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7 working days of receiving the cancellation/refund request; bank credit may take additional time.
